Occasional street noise disrupted the usual tranquility, and I found the shared bathroom setup somewhat inconvenient during peak times. Arranging transportation proved challenging as taxis were not easily accessible in the evenings.

I had a fantastic time at this guest house, with the hosts going out of their way to make us feel welcome and the proximity to Okehampton Castle and the stunning hiking trails of Dartmoor providing plenty of opportunities for city strolls and nature walks.

It was a decent choice for one night in Okehampton with good value for my money. The room was spacious enough to walk around and make a cup of tea. Make sure to find a parking spot before evening rush.
